Why this fic is awesome: Oh this angst is so very sweet. Aziraphale starts to feel uncomfortable in his corporation…something appears to be changing, but he doesn’t want Crowley to find out. I don’t want to spoil it by too much detail but there’s some delicious heart-wrenching, slightly gory angst and suffering with a lovely finish.

The summary does not do this fic justice at all. Aziraphale discovers Crowley has grown a new plant which is…a not-quite-clone (because it’s a plant) of Crowley. But also sentient. And like a child. And communicates differently. And is a happy little soul. Cue a kind of wonderful accidental-kidfic about personal growth, personhood and of course a solid side of pining/romance/ineffability. It is long, plotty, cleverly done and beautiful. You’ll absolutely love Ivy, I promise.
